This endpoint requires the following scopes: customer:read.
Paginated list of customers. The mainProject.id filter matches the main project on the address itself. Customers without one are stored as project 0 and rendered as null, so isNull returns them and notEquals/notIn return them as well. The customerRoles.project.id filter matches the projects a customer holds a customer role for. A role that applies to all projects matches every project id, and only roles that are currently valid count, so every customer in the result carries a matching entry under include=customerRoles. On that key a value list under equals requires a role for every value, in matches any of them, and notEquals/notIn match customers holding no role for any of the given projects at all, which also excludes the customers whose role covers every project.
